Managing Performance

Check the performance of personalized offers for a more efficient operation.

Performance metrics for the AI In-Game Shop are updated within 24 hours of sending a message. You can check these performance metrics in the Shop Settings tab of the AI In-Game Shop > Shop Operation > Setting/Management page.

  • Sends: The number of messages sent

  • Impressions: The number of messages received

  • Clicks: The number of messages that were clicked on

  • Clicks (%): The percent of received messages that were clicked

  • Estimated Revenue: An estimated revenue based on clicks

You can only access the Shop Settings tab of the AI In-Game Shop > Shop Operation > Setting/Management page only after you have uploaded a product information file. To learn more about this process, please refer to the page below.
