Evalute offers

You can check out an offer’s performance metrics in the AI In-Game Shop > Shop Operation > Setting/Management page of TentuPlay console.

  1. Click AI In-Game Shop > Shop Operation > Setting/Management > Shop Settings tab in the console.

  2. Select a time period in the upper right corner to view the results of a personalized offer during the period.

  3. Evaluate the outcomes.

    • Sends: The number of messages sent

    • Impressions: The number of messages received

    • Clicks: The number of messages that were clicked

    • Clicks (%): The percent of received messages that were clicked

    • Estimated Revenue: Estimated revenue based on clicks

      • You can access the Shop Settings tab of the AI In-Game Shop > Shop Operation > Setting/Management page only after you have uploaded a product information file.

      • All the performance metrics are updated within 24 hours of sending a message.
