User personas
There are a variety of characteristics of gamers, each with their own expectations while playing.
Each user has different expectations and characteristics while playing. We classify and label these distinctions by using "personas". The AI offers are based on the personas or user segmentations. By figuring out and offering what each persona wants, you can increase efficiency in client management.
